Meet Kimberly

I’m Kimberly Witcher, a Certified Wellness, Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I’ve discovered that true wellness isn’t about quick fixes or restrictions, it’s about creating balance, nourishing your body, and finding what works for you.

I have a deep passion for helping others improve their overall health, prevent lifestyle-related diseases and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.

My coaching approach blends nutrition education, lifestyle guidance and mindset support to help clients not only improve their health but also maintain and lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way.
